Commercial Realty Group and Resource Realty of Northern New Jersey announced recently the first lease at a newly-built spec flex facility in Morris Plains.
Cryoport, a provider of cold chain logistics solutions for biopharmaceutical, IVF and animal health companies, has relocated its operations from Livingston to a 20,000-square-foot office and distribution space at 900 American Road.
Cushman & Wakefield‘s Robert Donnelly Jr. represented Cryoport in the deal. Resource Realty‘s Gregory J. Sabato and Scott Peck represented the landlord/developer in marketing the facility.
“We welcome Cryoport as an ideal first tenant.  Ownership has created a best-in-class 55,000 SF flex facility suitable for a variety of light industrial uses,” Sabato said.
The facility has 5,000- to 25,000-square-foot spaces still available.
“Marketing a brand-new building elevates the tenant base to high-end users such as pharma, medical, biotech and electronics. These companies are searching for a great location, functional clean space and access to their target labor base. 900 American is near the vibrant town of Morristown and less than 1 mile from the Morris Plains Train Station,” Peck said.
