Larken Associates, an Branchburg-based real estate company, announced on Tuesday it has broken ground on The Reserve at Crosswicks, a luxury multifamily development in Bordentown with a total of 272 market-rate and affordable units
The multi-building project, which is slated for completion in summer 2021 at 8000 Bowery Lane, will be comprised of seven multifamily buildings with 272 market-rate and affordable units, featuring three four-story buildings with one-and two-bedroom elevatored apartments and four three-story buildings with one- and two-bedroom garden villas.
The Reserve at Crosswicks will be located along Route 206 and be within close access to Interstate 295 and the New Jersey Turnpike.
Each unit has gourmet kitchens and in-unit laundry. On-site amenities include additional garage storage, a clubhouse with a business center, a game room, lounge, pet salon, fitness center, secure mailroom with package concierge, a playground, dog park, and outdoor heated pool and spa.
