Michele Butera, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox & Roach

Graeme Atkinson, sales leader of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox & Roach, Realtors Middletown Office, welcomes Michele Butera as a sales associate. Licensed since 1982, she was formerly with Jason Mitchell Real Estate.

“I joined the company because of Berkshire Hathaway’s vision and the respect behind the name,” said Butera.

She is a member of the Monmouth County Association of Realtors and is a relocation specialist. Active in her community, she was formerly on the board of directors of SPUR in Lincroft. She serves Monmouth County and is also licensed in Charleston County, South Carolina. She resides in Monmouth County and has three children.

Andy Gillis, Anderson & Vreeland Inc.

The appointment of Andy Gillis as vice president of sales & general manager for Anderson & Vreeland Inc., leading manufacturer of flexographic print technologies, equipment and consumables, is announced by Darin Lyon, CEO and president of Anderson & Vreeland Inc.

Gillis is joining the sales team of Anderson & Vreeland after being a part of the team at Provident as the general manager.

“During Andy’s time at Provident, it became evident he possessed the ability to build teams, both internally and externally, by leading with compassion, empathy and the genuine care of others. He’s an inclusive leader with a strong vision and desire to compete,” said Lyon. “Andy’s vast experience and relationships across the North America Flexographic printing space will serve him well in this expanded leadership role.”

Inspira Health Network

At the May 4 meeting of the Inspira Health Board of Trustees, held virtually due to the COVID-19 pandemic, new officers were elected for the 2020 term. Vineland resident Ronald Rossi, who has served as vice chair since 2012, was named the new chair, replacing Michael McLaughlin.

“What a fulfilling experience it has been to chair this dynamic board,” said McLaughlin, of Haddonfield. “In 2002, I joined what was then the Underwood Memorial board. It’s been truly remarkable to see us evolve to become one of the fastest growing health networks in New Jersey. The opening of the new Inspira Medical Center Mullica Hill will be a lifetime memory for me.”

Serving as vice chair is Elizabeth A. Ryan. She joined the board in 2018 after she retired as the CEO and president of the New Jersey Hospital Association, a not-for-profit trade organization representing almost 400 health care organizations. Herbert J. Konrad serves as the board’s secretary and Harry E. Hearing, a member of the board since its founding in 2012, resumes his role as treasurer.

Derrick Johnson, Talley Management Group Inc.

Talley Management Group Inc., a leading association management company dedicated to creating stronger communities and human connections to enhance global society for over 30 years, announces the addition of Derrick Johnson to its team as the director of event strategy and development. The position was specifically created to aid both current and prospective client partners seeking to transition their in-person meetings to virtual platforms in response to the COVID-19 Pandemic.

Tito Singh, Tegra118

Tegra118, formerly Fiserv Investment Services, a leading provider of wealth and asset management technology solutions, recently acquired by Motive Partners Co., a specialist private equity firm, announced the appointment of Tito Singh as chief revenue officer. In his role, Tito will lead Tegra118’s global sales organization and focus on advancing the company’s growth vision, including opportunities for expansion into new wealth management solutions and financial services segments.

Singh has dedicated more than 20 years of his career to technology and financial services, where he held significant leadership positions overseeing high-performing sales organizations through critical transformation and new business channel development. Most recently, he was global head of sales at CRISIL, a leading analytics provider to the financial services industry. Prior to that, he spent 25 years in several sales and leadership roles at Refinitiv, formerly Thomson Reuters.

ARI

Joe Foster has been named the company’s vice president of technical sales and Ryan Peters will assume the role of vice president of sales for ARI’s eastern region.

In his new role as vice president of technical sales, Foster will now oversee a diverse team of regional engineering managers, account managers and truck specification analysts who will further align the sales efforts of the organization’s commercial business segments including ARI and Auto Truck Group. As vice president of sales, Peters will manage ARI’s new business development activities throughout the eastern United States and play a vital role in company’s continued strategic growth in the fleet management industry.

Steve MacDiarmid, FNT Software

Rick Ruskin, Effectual

Effectual, an innovative, cloud-first, security-first managed and professional services company, announced that 30-year information technology industry veteran Rick Ruskin joined the team as chief sales officer. Ruskin will be leading all aspects of Effectual’s sales, solutions architecture, sales operations and channel sales teams.

Ruskin has over 30 years of experience developing hypergrowth IT companies into specialized market leaders. He joins Effectual from VIOLIN, where he held the position of senior vice president, worldwide sales. Before his role at VIOLIN, Rick led North American Channel sales for Kaminario, and held senior leadership and executive positions within VDX, eG Innovations, Lumigent Software, VIRTERA, MTI Technology and Storability Software.

Taft Communications

Taft Communications announced the appointment of Aaron Brown as the firm’s creative director and the promotion of Jesseka Kadylak to senior manager, digital media, showing the firm’s continued growth in 2020 and reinforcing its mission to offer more services and impactful solutions to its clients.

With 17 years of experience, Brown has helped leading brands find their true voices. In his most recent role, as group creative director at PureRED, an advertising agency in Princeton, Brown was the creative lead for major ad campaigns, including Arm & Hammer cat litter, which resulted in the most successful product launch in the history of the category.  Since joining Taft in 2015, Kadylak has been instrumental in building the digital offerings for the firm and providing innovative creative solutions to clients.
