Cherry Hill-based commercial real estate firm Vantage Real Estate Services announced on Friday that Tarrytown Expocare Pharmacy, a long-term care pharmacy provider, has signed a lease in Cherry Hill at the Heritage Office Building.
Emily Stein, director of health care services at Vantage RES, worked with both the landlord, William Nazarian, and Tarrytown’s Cody Gummelt, director of regional operations, to secure the long-term lease.
“The centralized location of Heritage Office Building allows for the perfect home-base location for Tarrytown’s pharmaceutical delivery model. We know that Tarrytown Expocare Pharmacy will be a welcome addition to the community and families of South Jersey, as they are providing important services to a meaningful population of individuals,” Stein said.
The building, located at 1873 Route 70 East, is within close access to Interstate 295 and routes 70 and 73.
