Tinton Falls-based World Insurance Associates LLC, an insurance agency, announced on Monday it has acquired the Dan Woron Agency, effective June 1.
DWA, based in Port St. Lucie, Florida, is an independent agency specializing in homeowners, auto, business, and life insurance as well as retirement and employee-benefit products.
“We are excited to have Dan Woron Agency as part of our growing World Insurance team,” Rich Eknoian, co-founder and CEO of World Insurance Associates. “This acquisition expands our representation in Florida to four offices.”
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
