NYC marketing firm leases temporary space in Princeton as city recovers from COVID-19

Larken Associates, a Branchburg-based real estate company, announced it has negotiated a short-term lease with a New York City-based marketing and consulting firm in Princeton.

Currently based in Midtown Manhattan, the undisclosed firm found an 800-square-foot space at Larken’s Montgomery Commons to house a temporary office as New York City rebounds from the COVID-19 pandemic. It currently has 75 consultants focused on national branding, Generation Z marketing campaigns, and more.

“While the long-term impacts of COVID-19 on the broader New York City office market remain to be seen, we expect elevated interest from NYC-based companies looking to New Jersey’s diverse slate of suburban office stock as a temporary home while the city recovers,” Rob Marek, executive vice president of Raider Realty, the in-house brokerage division of Larken Associates, said. “We are happy to help companies secure temporary or alternative space solutions to ensure they can continue to operate during these unprecedented times.”

Located at the intersection of Route 206 and Applegate Road, Montgomery Commons is a 59,000-square-foot, nine-building office complex with modern spaces. It has private entrances, bathrooms, kitchenettes, individual HVAC units, and more.
