Soloff Realty facilitates 7 Dollar General leases in N.J.

Soloff Realty & Development Inc. announced on Tuesday it has facilitated seven new leases with Dollar General in New Jersey.

Soloff’s David Dunkelman handles site selection in the state.

Here are the seven new stores that opened or are coming online soon:

1. 207 Cross Keys Road, Pine Hill (opening August 2020);
2. 222 S. White Horse Pike, Stratford (opening August 2020);
3. 271 Lambs Road, Mantua (opening Fall 2020);
4. 621 Atlantic Ave., Atlantic City (opening Fall 2020);
5. Commerce Plaza I 1233-75 Blackwood Clementon Road, Gloucester Township (opening Fall 2020);
6. 525 Martin Luther King Blvd., Camden (opening late 2020);
7. 901 E. Clements Bridge, Runnemede, (opening March 2021).

The convenience retailer has more than 16,000 stores in 46 states and continues to expand its footprint to meet consumer demand, it said.
