The NACD New Jersey Chapter announced on Tuesday it has elected Jeannie Diefenderfer, Judy Reinsdorf, and Michele Siekerka to its board of directors.

“Our three new directors add a diverse set of experience across nonprofit, private, and public board roles and are highly regarded in the New Jersey business community as leaders and champions of corporate governance excellence,” Tom Fuller, CEO and president of NACD New Jersey, said.

The advocacy said Siekerka is the CEO and president of the New Jersey Business & Industry Association and was the former deputy commissioner of the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection. Diefenderfer had a 28-year career at Verizon Communications in a variety of roles, including senior vice president of global engineering and planning, chief procurement officer and SVP of enterprise customer care. Reinsdorf has 15 years of experience in the C-Suite and as general counsel, most recently as executive vice president and general counsel at Johnson Controls and Tyco International.

“On behalf of the entire board, I’m pleased to welcome Jeannie, Judy, and Michele to the NACD New Jersey Chapter Board of Directors,” Anita Allen, chair of the board, said. “Their leadership and board experience during normal course of business and in complex situations will be invaluable to our organization.”
