NAI Hanson negotiates industrial lease in Elizabeth

NAI James E. Hanson, a Teterboro-based commercial real estate firm, announced on Tuesday it has negotiated an industrial lease in Elizabeth for 49,300 square feet at 560-596 Bercik St.

NAI’s Eric Demmers and Russell Verducci represented the sub-landlord, RIM Logistics Ltd., in the short-term lease deal with the tenant, Texas-based Z Brothers Express Inc. Rubicon Representation represented Z Brothers.

Based in Fort Wayne, Indiana, Z Brothers is a operating trucking company specializing in transportation services. The company was searching for a industrial/flex space in a well located area.
