Vantage RES: Cinder Bar buys liquor license formerly owned by Marlton Tavern

Cherry Hill-based real estate firm Vantage Real Estate Services announced on Saturday the sale of a liquor license in Evesham Township.

The license was formerly owned by the Marlton Tavern and was recently sold to the owners of Cinder Bar. This will be the Cinder Bar’s third location in New Jersey. Its locations in Clarksboro and Williamstown boast 200 whiskey, ryes and bourbons, 70 craft cocktails and 70 craft beers as well as sharable plates and wood-fired specialities.

The Marlton Tavern was in operation for more than 20 years on Main Street.

Vantage’s Corrine Giletto, senior advisor, and Alan Sussman, director of investment sales, facilitated the deal.

“Liquor Licenses in Evesham Township are extremely hard to ascertain in any economic condition; the value of this transaction in this local market is unparalleled to any other area in Burlington County. Vantage RES has many other opportunities on the horizon for future restaurateurs. We are extremely privileged to have worked with such sophisticated restaurant operators,” Giletto said.
