Commercial real estate investment firm Nessel Development, based in Dallas, announced on Wednesday it has acquired a four-building office campus in Mount Laurel.
Situated on more than 20 acres, the complex has a combined 234,563 square feet of Class A office space located at 300, 302, 330 and 350 Fellowship Road. It is the only LEED Gold Certified building in South Jersey outside of Camden.
Nessel is planning to rebrand the site, formerly named Liberty Walk at East Gate, into the Fellowship Corporate Center.
“New Jersey, and specifically this new acquisition, is well-aligned with our investment strategy, one the seeks the selection of safe, high yielding commercial properties. Equally important is the state’s commitment to supporting green investments through energy incentives, a core component of the Nessel mission in our approach to real estate and the community as a whole,” Ari Nessel, principal, Nessel Development, said.
The center’s current occupancy rate is 76% and it is anticipated to increase to 90% by the end of the summer.
