Two firms team up (again) on East Hanover office space, Sheldon Gross says

In what may be a harbinger of things to come, a pair of companies agreed to keep sharing office space with a new lease in East Hanover, according to real estate firm Sheldon Gross Realty.

Access Wealth Planning and Advanced Computer Technologies, which had shared space at a previous location in Roseland, signed for 9,200 square feet at 120 Eagle Rock Ave., the firm said in a news release.

The boutique wealth management firm and full-service information technology company had changing needs, but found a way to meet them and stay together in a new location.

Barbara Gross, executive vice president, represented the firms in the deal.

“While this transaction preceded the COVID pandemic, I believe creative space utilization will become more common, as many companies find they do not need as much space as they did prior, due to employees being able to work remotely,” she said in a prepared statement. “Additionally, 120 Eagle Rock provides a Class A location and work environment, including important amenities for them, and their clients as well.”

Sheldon Gross Realty is based in West Orange.
