Triman adds veteran military aviators to leadership posts

Triman Industries Inc., a West Berlin-based supply and distribution solutions firm serving the military aftermarket, said it has hired a president and vice president to bolster its leadership team.

The business, a portfolio company of AE Industrial Partners LP, said Dan Edwards has joined it as president, while Eugene Mamajek has joined it as vice president of business development & strategy.

“Triman has experienced strong growth over the past decade due to our relentless focus on serving our growing list of OEM partners and our customers,” CEO Scott Truskin said in a prepared statement. “Dan is a strong fit with the company and brings a unique set of experiences and perspectives that will help us accelerate our growth over the next decade.”

Edwards, who has both business and military experience, will lead the company’s strategic direction and growth in this new role, while delivering best-in-class value to partners and customers, Triman said.

Most recently, he was vice president of operations at MAG Aerospace, and has held executive roles with multiple aviation and aerospace companies. He is a 23-year veteran of the Air Force and its Air Force Reserve as a pilot and unit commander.

Mamajek, too, has business and military experience, most recently serving as executive director of the Avionics Systems Division of Esterline Technologies Corp. He spent more than 20 years in the Marine Corps as an officer and aviator.

“We have known Eugene for several years, and we are excited to have him join the Triman team in a leadership role,” Truskin said.
