CBRE announced on Tuesday it has been selected as the exclusive leasing agent for a newly renovated, Class A office property in Piscataway.
The 138,000-square-foot property is located at 371 Hoes Lane and is owned by Greenway Properties. CBRE’s Ronald Volk, Peter Shikar and Erin Wenzler will head leasing on behalf of Greenway.
The property has 50,000 square feet still available including signage as well as smaller units.
“Greenway Properties has made a significant investment in fully upgrading 371 Hoes Lane, making the property one of the best Class A office buildings in Piscataway,” Volk said. “We look forward to working closely with our client and the brokerage community to find the ideal tenant for this unique opportunity.”
Built in 1989 and located along Route 18, 371 Hoes Lane recently underwent a $3 million capital improvement campaign. Upgrades included the renovation of the three-story lobby and atrium with a new glass entrance and reception area; repaving the parking lot; and extensive landscaping. An on-site cafe and a fitness center were also added.
In addition, Greenway said it will institute new cleaning protocols at the building in response to COVID-19.
