Colliers International announced on Monday a new partnership with Alliance HSP as the exclusive leasing agent for a large warehouse and manufacturing facility in Pennsauken.
The property at 175 DeRousse Ave. is set to undergo a redevelopment that will create 174,074 square feet of industrial space by 2021. The property can be divided into three spaces — 68,901 square feet, 41,895 square feet and 61,270 square feet that can be combined or leased separately.
Colliers’ Mount Laurel office of Ian Richman and Marc Isdaner will head the assignment.
