The property at 175 DeRousse Ave. is set to undergo a redevelopment that will create 174,074 square feet of industrial space by 2021. The property can be divided into three spaces — 68,901 square feet, 41,895 square feet and 61,270 square feet that can be combined or leased separately.
Colliers’ Mount Laurel office of Ian Richman and Marc Isdaner will head the assignment.
“With Center City Philadelphia accessible in mere minutes and major highways including I-95, Route 130, Route 73, I-295 and Exit 4 of the New Jersey Turnpike at its doorstep, 175 Derousse Avenue makes for an ideal last mile location from which to serve the Philadelphia metropolitan region. Alliance, well regarded for their redevelopment expertise, will produce an exciting and flexible new offering for an ever-tightening field.” Isdaner, senior managing director, said.
