Vantage Real Estate Services, a Cherry Hill-based commercial real estate firm, announced on Friday it has represented Dawn Rasheed in a new lease for her flower and gift shop at the Smithville Square Shopping Center in Galloway Township.
Aran Ploshansky, director of operations at Vantage RES, and Corinne Giletto, senior advisor, worked with Rasheed and Scott Weinblatt of Smithville Square to finalize the deal.
“Aran and his team made the process of becoming part of Smithville Square very easy. I can’t wait for business to flourish here,” Rasheed said. Prior to opening Scents of Flowers and Gifts in Galloway Township, Rasheed owned a successful flower shop in Maryland.
Scents of Flowers and Gifts will be located within easy access to Route 9 and the White Horse Pike.
“Working with Vantage RES has provided us comfort in knowing that we are marketing to the right prospects and reaching the audience that will most benefit from a tenancy at Smithville Square. Under the guidance of Corinne Giletto and Aran Ploshansky, our Shopping Center, Smithville Square has added several tenants to our roster, despite the global pandemic and ensuing economic fallout. We are very happy to be working with such a great team,” Weinblatt said.
