Piscataway-based ValueMomentum, an information technology services and software solutions provider, announced on Friday it has purchased a facility in Pennsylvania to serve as its new regional development center.

The facility, located at 1030 State St. in Erie, will have a team focused on IT delivery services to customers undergoing digital transformations.

The facility is nearly 20,000 square feet and can accomodate up to 100 workers. Since the initial announcement, ValueMomentum has hired and temporarily housed a team of about 30 associates at 900 State St., Gannon University’s Erie Technology Incubator.

Even with all of ValueMomentum’s associates working from home due to the COVID-19 pandemic, it is still planning to renovate the facility by the end of the year.

“We have been extremely pleased with the technology talent in Erie since we started our operations in June 2019, and we remain confident our new Erie location will contribute to our continued growth,” ValueMomentum CEO Kalyan Kodali said.
