Coldwell Banker Realty names Norman president of N.J.

    Coldwell Banker Realty announced on Monday it has named Rob Norman to president of Caldwell Banker Realty in New Jersey and Rockland County, New York, succeeding Hal Maxwell, who spent more than a decade in the role before retiring in June.

    Norman will be responsible for the day-to-day operations at 46 real estate brokerage offices and 3,700 affiliated sales associates. Having spent 18 years with Caldwell, he joined the company in 2002 as branch vice president of its Montclair office, moving on to lead the Morristown office in 2009, promoted to regional vice president in 2015, and named regional vice president of the north region in 2018.
