Situated on 14.09 acres, the 151,600-square-foot industrial property is located within the Pureland Industrial Complex. Champion Services purchased the space to consolidate multiple regional locations.
Colliers’ Mark Isdaner facilitated the deal and NAI Mertz‘s Scott Mertz represented the tenant.

GFI is expected to upgrade the facility for Champion to include expanded parking, new LED lighting, a new roof and white boxing the warehouse area.
The property is located within close access to Exit 10 of Interstate 295, Exit 2 of the New Jersey Turnpike and Interstate 95.
