The joint venture partners announced on Friday the mutifamily development project will include 104 studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments. It will also feature 4,000 square feet of indoor amenity space, 8,000 square feet of outdoor space, 870 square feet of commercial space and 115 parking spots.
The mixed-use property will be located at 803 South Ave. in the Netherwood section of Plainfield.
