Larken inks lease deal to bring Haitian restaurant to Hillsborough

Larken Associates, a commercial and residential real estate company, announced on Monday Chez Elody has cut the ribbon on a new home in Hillsborough.

Chez Elody is a family-run authentic Haitian restaurant. Fresh meals are prepared daily, including vegetarian options.

The restaurant celebrated its grand opening at the 1,306-square-foot space within the Kingsbridge Center at 378 South Branch Road on July 13, Larken said.

“We are pleased to welcome Chez Elody to the diverse slate of tenants that call Kingsbridge Center home,” Victor Kelly, executive vice president of Raider Realty, the in-house brokerage division of Larken Associates, said. “Not only does this property offer a prime location and high visibility to our commercial tenants, the unique business mix we’ve created at Kingsbridge Center also provides the perfect one-stop destination to meet the daily needs of Hillsborough Township residents.”

The five-building center is home to a diverse array of retail, medical and professional tenants including restaurants, doctors, a daycare center and a convenience store. It is within close access to Route 206 and Interstate 287.
