C&W arranges early learning center lease at 7Seventy House in Hoboken

An early learning center has leased space in Hoboken, according to Cushman & Wakefield.

The real estate services firm said it arranged a 20-year, 14,032-square-foot lease on behalf of Mile Square Early Learning Center at 770 Jackson St.

The center, which will provide early childhood services to Hoboken residents, will have 14 classrooms as well as an administrative office. The organization has five other locations across the city: 215 9th St., 301 Garden St., 158 4th St., 310 Jefferson St. and 1100 Willow Ave.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Alana Friedman, David Townes, Neil Seth and Rob Kuppersmith represented the landlord. Keller Williams‘ Elizabeth Rakela and Newmark Knight Frank‘s Harrison Russell represented the tenant.

“We are pleased to welcome the Mile Square Early Learning Center to the property,”  Friedman said. “This transaction is indicative of the ever-increasing demand for learning facilities to service families of Hoboken.”

770 Jackson, also known as 7Seventy House, is a mixed-use asset with about 9,700 square feet available to lease. The property was developed by Bijou Properties and Intercontinental Real Estate Corp.
