The Spine & Sports Health Center, a pain management practice, announced on Tuesday it has relocated its Jersey City office to a new location in the city.
The new 5,000-square-foot space on Newark Avenue will complement the center’s already existing Hoboken and Bayonne locations by providing orthopedic care to North Jersey. It will have eight private exam rooms, ample space for physical therapy, a large waiting area, and an on-site laundry and x-ray machine.
The office is located less than a block from the Grove Street Path Station and a 10-minute walk from the Hudson-Bergen Light Rail. Patients can get to third-floor office through a pedestrian walkway located at the intersection of Newark Avenue and Grove Street. Hours are between 9 a.m. and 7 p.m. Monday to Friday.
TSSHC physicians treat all types of back, neck and joint pain, including spine and joint pain management; advanced sports medicine therapies; active and passive physical therapy and rehabilitation programs; and all-natural chiropractic care.
In order to maintain the health and safety of patients and staff during the COVID-19 crisis, the center said it implemented a number of safety protocols, including the strict use of PPE for all staff and patients, social distancing, hand washing, frequent sanitization, temperature checks, plastic screens at desks, telemedicine options, and more.
