Cushman & Wakefield announced on Thursday it has arranged the sale of a former day care center in Hopewell.
The Newgrange School of Princeton purchased the 31,519-square-foot site at 800 North Road. It has planned to expand and create a new learning environment there.
C&W’s Todd Elfand and Kevin Carton represented the seller, CF Hopewell CC&L LLC. Mercer Oak Realty represented the buyer.
“This site provides a unique opportunity for the Newgrange School of Princeton,” Elfand said. “The property is a fantastic fit for the school’s needs and the optimal location will offer more accessibility to current and future students.”
The single-story, LEED property has 112 parking spaces and is located just off Interstate 95.
