NAI Hanson continues strong 2020 activity with industrial lease in Parsippany

NAI James E. Hanson, a Teterboro-based commercial real estate firm, announced on Wednesday it has negotiated a 119,366-square-foot industrial lease in Parsippany.

NAI Hanson’s Scott Perkins, represented the owner, Bee DIC Realty, in the deal. JLL‘s Howard Weinberg represented the tenant, Secaucus-based Commercial Furniture Transport, a office furniture installation and delivery company.

Commercial Furniture Transport said it sought out the large warehouse space at 75 Lackawanna Place so it could continue to serve the New York City market and be easy to access for customers in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

“While the Morris County industrial market is one of the region’s smaller markets, it does present companies looking for centrally-located industrial space with an irresistible value proposition,” Perkins, regional director for NAI Global Logistics, said. “Through a deep understanding of the benefits of the market and my 30 years of experience in the industrial field, I recognized the unique opportunity this space presented and was able to help my client capitalize on this market and secure a high-quality tenant.”

Situated between Interstate 80 and Route 46, the building’s 200,000 square feet of adaptable space can be used for a variety of industrial purposes. It offers 24-foot ceilings and 18 tailgates.
