Woodbridge-based real estate firm Onyx Equities announced on Thursday it has named Kristen Pappas to senior vice president of its new Property Management & Construction department.
In this new role, Pappas will build on her previous responsibilities as office tenant relationship manager in addition to overseeing capital improvements and base building upgrade projects.
“Kristen has been an invaluable asset to Onyx, enabling us to expand our portfolio and our construction and management teams,” John Saraceno, junior managing principal, Onyx Equities, said. “Her ability to respond to our tenants’ needs during the unprecedented circumstances of a global pandemic with grace and professionalism indicates a level of leadership that will allow us to continue to provide a superior office product to tenants in the NYC-Metro area.”
Pappas joined Onyx in July 2019 as vice president of property management & operations and helped execute Onyx’s COVID-19 office repopulation plan.
