Sax LLP relocates HQ to new campus in Parsippany

Accounting firm Sax LLP announced on Wednesday it has relocated its headquarters from Clifton to a new office campus in Parsippany.

Sax’s new 39,810-square-foot office will be located within LATITUDE, a 700,000-square-foot office campus at 389 Interpace Parkway. The move is expected to happen by the end of 2020.

Situated on 35 acres, the two-building campus features two symmetrical five-story wings comprised of offices, meeting rooms and lifestyle services. The wings are connected through a central glass atrium and feature common areas, multiple dining options, a fitness center, and collaborative spaces.

“As our firm has evolved and expanded over the years, we’ve paid close attention to the ever-changing needs of our employees and clients. With that, we’ve worked to find an environment that brings our capabilities to the next level and strengthens us for the future,” Joseph Damiano, managing partner at Sax LLP, said. “LATITUDE provides us with world-class services, amenities and an environment that will help us attract the next generation of professional talent. Combined with the building’s innovative design, one can’t help but feel productive and the positive energy from working there.”

Joint venture partners Vision Real Estate Partners and Rubenstein Partners said they plan to transform the campus into a next-generation workplace.

“LATITUDE is designed to transcend the traditional work routine,” Sam Morreale, founder and managing partner of Vision Real Estate Partners, said. “At LATITUDE, you don’t just come to the office to work – you come here to share experiences across disciplines and companies to become the most successful version of yourself. We look forward to being a part of this exciting new chapter in the future of Sax LLP.”

JLL’s Tim Greiner and Brendan McBride represented Sax in the deal.

“Brendan and I were thrilled to help Sax achieve their ambitions of sourcing a modern workplace that would elevate their firm for the future,” said Timothy R. Greiner, executive managing director, brokerage at JLL. “LATITUDE was a great fit for the progressive and expanding firm, as it combines state-of-the art design and a workplace that fosters a productive and dynamic work-life experience to attract and retain their exceptional talent.”
