Markeim Chalmers Inc., a commercial real estate firm based in Cherry Hill, announced on Thursday it has negotiated the sale of a multi-building office portfolio in Berlin.
The 33,303-square-foot, four-building portfolio is located just off Route 73 at 20 E. Taunton Road.
Markeim’s Adam Dembo, senior associate, represented both the seller, Cherry Hill-based Affiliated Management, and the buyer, Taunton Rd LLC, in the deal for Buildings 1, 3, 4 and 5.
The firm said it has plans to reposition the property with better management and capital improvements.
