NAI James E. Hanson, a Teterboro-based commercial real estate firm, announced on Thursday it has negotiated an industrial lease at 74 Green St. in Hackensack.
NAI Hanson’s Dominic Fittizzi represented the tenant, AGL Development LLC, and the landlord, 74 Green St. LLC, in the 7,400-square-foot deal.
AGL is a company that wires cell phone towers in the New York City market. It was previously based at 150 Hobart St. in Hackensack, but was seeking out a better space to aligned with its needs.
The property is within miles from the Essex Street NJ Transit train station and is within close access to the George Washington Bridge and the Lincoln Tunnel.
“Having an exemplary knowledge of the trends as well as forging strong relationships within the northern New Jersey marketplace help me find the perfect fit for each of my individual clients,” Fittizzi said. “In negotiating this deal, I was able to leverage that high level of understanding of the Hackensack market to negotiate a deal that was mutually beneficial for both of my clients.”
