Leasing will officially start in mid-September for The Atwater, a collection of 421 luxury rental residences along the Hackensack River in Bogota.
The Marketing Directors were tapped as the exclusive marketing and leasing agent by developer New Providence-based PCD Development.
Renters can pick from a mix of studio, one- and two-bedroom units that boast 9-foot ceilings, plank flooring, a smart lock system, in-home washers and dryers, modern kitchens, stainless steel appliances, a balcony or patio, and more. Some homes also offer river views.
The Atwater’s four- and five-story buildings will offer more than 30,000 square feet of amenities, including a clubroom, billiards, a bar, a resident lounge with a fireplace, a fitness center, a yoga studio, game room, co-working spaces, a coffee bar, an Amazon package locker system and a children’s playroom. Outdoor recreational space includes a heated pool, sun deck, BBQ grills, an outdoor theater, fire pits, a riverfront walkway, and more. Once complete, the site will have other conveniences, including retail, onsite parking, bike storage, a dog park and more.
The Atwater has also been recently updated in response to the COVID-19 crisis, including a resident-only business center with protective screens for each person, air handlers all outfitted with UV sanitizers, and an app-based reservation system for residents to use the property’s amenities socially distant.
The property is within close access to Interstate 80, routes 17 and 4, and the New Jersey Turnpike.
