365 Ocean, a boutique collection of 57 luxury beachfront condominiums in Long Branch, has sold more than 70% of its units, according to developer Mark Built Homes based in Union.
Sales momentum has been strong over the past few months, with prices ranging from the low $900,000s to more than $2.7 million.
“Location is an important part of what makes 365 Ocean so special,” David Schoner, vice president of CB New Homes, the community’s sales and marketing agent. “Home buyers come for the breathtaking views and peaceful beachfront setting, but the fact that so many shops, restaurants and attractions are just a short walk away, and even New York City is easily accessible by two modes of public transit, makes it an attractive choice for both full-time and part-time living.”
Located on Ocean Avenue, the seven-story community offers residents ocean views, up to 2,411 square feet of living space, two bedrooms, two baths, gourmet kitchens, a private deck or terrace, stainless steel appliances, indoor parking spots for two cars, and more.
“We’re proud of reaching the 70% sold mark at 365 Ocean and we look forward to offering even more buyers the opportunity to live in this beautiful community,” Michael Markovitz, president of Mark Built Homes, said. “We’re particularly proud of the overwhelmingly positive feedback we have received from the community’s residents. Our team put a lot of effort into every last detail of this project, and it’s gratifying to see that hard work pay off in the form of satisfied home buyers.
Resort-style amenities include an infinity-edge pool, a sundeck, club room with wet bar, Wi-Fi, charging stations, lounge seating, a theater, gas fire pits, electric car chargers, cabana storage, outdoor showers and a seasonal concierge. Amenities are located in the front of the building.
The property is within close access to downtown Red Bank and Asbury Park, the NJ Transit train station in Long Branch, and commuter ferries to Manhattan.
