ESM Ferolie, a Montvale-based brand solutions company, announced it has acquired an Upstate New York business and will integrate it into its Sales and Marketing Agency.
ESM Ferolie, which offers brand-building solutions to consumer packaged-goods makers, said LBM Sales LLC owners Kevin Weiner and Paul Weiler will join the ESM team. LBM Sales represents food and beverage manufacturers to supermarkets, convenience stores and other businesses in the market.
“Kevin and Paul have an immense amount of industry, agency and leadership experience, working with prominent branded and private-label consumer products clients,” ESM Ferolie CEO and President Tony Ferolie said in a prepared statement. “We’re greatly looking forward to having them on our team.”
In their new roles, Weiner and Weiler will handle sales and marketing strategies and provide growth plans for ESM Ferolie’s confection, snack and beverage clients in their New York market. They will also assist with building the corporate portfolio in those categories.
