Advaxis’ CFO resigns for new opportunity

Advaxis Inc., a biotechnology company based in Princeton, said its chief financial officer has resigned to pursue another opportunity.

The immunotherapy company said Molly Henderson, executive vice president and CFO, resigned effective Sept. 25. She will be replaced on an interim basis by Kenneth A. Berlin, the CEO and president of the company.

“We are grateful for Molly’s numerous contributions to Advaxis over the past two years,” Berlin said in a prepared statement. “Her exceptional leadership and financial stewardship played an important role in allowing the company to focus its resources on, and advance the development of, our HOT programs. We wish her success in her new endeavor.”
