Two new tenants have signed leases at the Smithville Square center in Galloway Township, according to real estate firm Vantage Real Estate Services.
The tenants — a local gift and fashion boutique and a national behavioral health, therapy and education provider — bring the total to four new leases signed at the property since the start of the pandemic and five within the past 12 months, Cherry Hill-based Vantage said in a news release.
Aran Ploshansky, director of operations, and Corinne Giletto, senior adviser, worked with the tenants and Scott Weinblatt of Smithville Square to facilitate the transactions.
“Working with Vantage has paved the way for Smithville shopping center into a new era of tenants fitting for the area,” Weinblatt said in a prepared statement. “We are excited for Corinne and Aran’s continued success in the area and at our strip mall.”
The boutique will occupy 1,887 square feet and expects to open in early 2021; the education provider will occupy the endcap location and service the local school systems, Vantage said.
