Knowlton, TRHC’s president and chief marketing and new business development officer, said in a prepared statement.

Sullivan joins TRHC from Coriss, where he performed information technology due diligence on behalf of organizations investing in or acquiring technology companies. He has also worked at Pfizer, Johnson & Johnson and others in the health care sector.

DiFrancesco has more than 35 years of technology, health care and life sciences experience, including positions with Merck & Co., Novartis and others.
