Residents are moving into 99 Hudson luxury tower in Jersey City, developer says (SLIDESHOW)

Residents are moving into the 99 Hudson high-rise condominium tower on the Jersey City waterfront, developer COA 99 Hudson LLC announced this week.

Closings are underway at the property, and the first residents have already moved in, the developer said in a news release. COA 99 said it expects approximately 300 condo owners to move in over the next 99 days.

“The vision for 99 Hudson is now a reality,” Jacqueline Urgo, president of the Marketing Directors — the exclusive marketing and sales agent for the project — said in a prepared statement. “This building was conceptualized as a shining landmark in Jersey City’s skyline, enticing buyers from both sides of the Hudson River and beyond with its all-encompassing waterfront neighborhood location, ultraluxury homes and highly sophisticated urban lifestyle.

“We’re thrilled to now see buyers turn into residents and start enjoying the elevated lifestyle here.”

The condos can reach up to 2,500 square feet, and prices range from $548,000 to more than $4 million. The building also features more than 65,000 square feet of amenities, including a triple-height lobby, fitness center, game room and more. An amenity deck features an 80-by-50-foot pool and indoor/outdoor lounge and dining area.
