The company doubled its 30,000-square-foot office space at 940 Sylvan Ave., taking over the entire 60,000-square-foot Class A office building where it has been located since 2018.
JLL completed the lease deal on behalf of Andalex, the owner of Sylvan Corporate Center, where the property is located. Frank D. Recine, executive managing director, and Nicolas DiCotiis, associate, handled the transaction. Savills’ Jason Fray, senior managing director, and Harlan Hollander, senior vice president, represented OwnBackup.

OwnBackup had previously occupied the entire first floor of the building, and will now occupy the second floor, as well.
Andalex’s Sylvan Corporate Center, which includes 910, 920, 930 and 940 Sylvan Ave., totals about 300,000 square feet of Class A office space.
