Peapack-Gladstone Financial Corp., the Bedminster-based parent of Peapack-Gladstone Bank, announced a new senior vice president and head of commercial closing, credit risk management.
Elisa DePalma joins the bank from Capital One N.A., where she was SVP, Commercial Closing Department, commercial real estate, based in Fairfield. In her new role, she will work out of Peapack-Gladstone Bank’s Teaneck location and oversee management of the Commercial Closing Department, a team focused on loan closing and funding, document preparation and ordering of third-party due diligence.
During her career, DePalma has also worked at Citigroup Global Markets Realty Corp. in New York. She holds a license to practice law in New Jersey and Florida.
