A Collingswood office building has sold for $600,000, with an advertising firm relocating there from Philadelphia, according to real estate firm Markeim Chalmers Inc.
The building at 931 Haddon Ave. is approximately 5,000 square feet, and was sold by 931 Haddon Ave LLC to Bluview Properties LLC.
Cherry Hill-based Markeim Chalmers’ Kevin Burns, senior vice president, represented the seller in the transaction.
