NJPP hires development director to oversee fundraising

The think tank New Jersey Policy Perspective has named a new development director, responsible for overseeing organizational fundraising.

Jennifer Fekete-Donners had been associate director of advancement at the Michener Art Museum in Bucks County, and has also worked in key development roles with One Simple Wish and the Princeton University Art Museum.

“We are thrilled to welcome Jennifer to the NJPP team,” President Brandon McKoy said in a prepared statement. “Her breadth and depth of experience are the perfect fit for us and the goals we are looking to achieve, and her commitment to the values of racial equity and economic justice is clear and compelling.”

Fekete-Donners has more than 15 years of experience in the nonprofit and higher education sectors, with a focus on annual giving, event management and donor cultivation, among other skills.

“I have called New Jersey home for 15 years, and am so very proud to have the opportunity to use the skills I have acquired across my career to give back to this community,” she said in a statement. “I am thrilled to join the team at NJPP, knowing that I will be able to do my part to advocate for policies that build a fairer, more equitable New Jersey.”
