A 168,144-square-foot office property in Florham Park has been sold, according to real estate firm Cushman & Wakefield.
The three-story property, at 325 Columbia Turnpike, was sold by Mack-Cali Realty Corp. to the Birch Group, C&W said in a news release. The purchase price was not disclosed.
C&W’s team of Andy Merin, David Bernhaut, Gary Gabriel, Frank DiTommaso and Seth Zudiema represented the seller and procured the buyer.
“This opportunity drew a tremendous amount of investor interest and tour activity due to its location, size and profile,” Bernhaut said in a prepared statement. “Ultimately, the Birch Group stepped up during a very competitive bid process and was able to execute on all fronts.”
The property, located on 15 acres, was 85% leased to 13 tenants at the time of delivery.
