Vietnamese restaurant signs lease in Haddon Heights, Vantage says

A Vietnamese restaurant has signed a lease at a retail plaza in Haddon Heights, according to real estate firm Vantage Commercial.

The Cherry Hill-based real estate firm, formerly Vantage Real Estate Services, said Pho Ha Bac will be the fourth restaurant in Plaza 500, a shopping center located at 507 Black Horse Pike.

Monica Walsh, director of client services, and Mike Gries, sales associate, worked with center ownership and new tenants Quang and Thuy Ha on the transaction.

“I can’t wait for the opening,” Gries said in a prepared statement. “I have lived in Haddon Heights for years and have been craving more international (food) options. This is a fantastic spot to have less than a mile from home.”

Added Thuy Ha: “Working with Vantage was a great experience. Mike helped us identify a perfect location and, because of his persistence and careful guidance, our family has a new home for our restaurant. We look forward to our upcoming launch.”

Ownership noted that the center is now fully leased.

“Gries and Walsh did a great job finding a new tenant in a challenging time,” the undisclosed owner said in a statement.
