Two tenants at a Wall Township office building have signed lease renewals, according to real estate firm Sheldon Gross Realty.
The West Orange-based firm said project management and engineering business DPS Group Inc. has 2,388 square feet of space at 4814 Outlook Drive, while undersea communications company TE SubCom, has 2,269 square feet.
The team of Glenn Jaffe, senior vice president, and Matthew Leonelli, sales representative, managed the transactions at the Class A multistory property.
“Both of these lessees realize 4814 Outlook Driver is an absolutely ideal location,” Jaffe said in a prepared statement. “It’s in the midst of a thriving business corridor, near multiple major roadways, so is perfect for connecting with clients and helping attract and retain top employees.”
