AC Compacting Equipment LLC, a pharmaceutical equipment distributor in North Brunswick, has been sold to a private investor, according to mergers & acquisitions brokerage Benjamin Ross Group LLC.
Princeton-based Benjamin Ross said in a news release that the 65-year-old full-service distributor of pharmaceutical processing equipment distributes products throughout the U.S., Canada and Puerto Rico.
The company also offers equipment service and has a state-of-the-art testing and demonstration lab.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
