Imperial Dade, the Jersey City-based distributor of foodservice packaging and janitorial supplies, has acquired a California-based company operating in the same industries, it announced this week.
The deal for P&R Paper Supply is the 28th acquisition for Imperial Dade under the leadership of CEO Robert Tillis and President Jason Tillis, it said.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
P&R Paper Supply, owned and operated by the Maiberger family, also serves the foodservice and janitorial markets. The company has been in business for nearly 60 years.
