A 207-home residential building located in downtown New Brunswick has reached 70% occupancy, according to developer and property manager Pennrose.
Pennrose hit the milestone it said as the 23-story Premiere Residences began reopening its recreational and social amenities which were previously closed due to COVID-19. Amenities include a fitness center, a rooftop deck with BBQ grills and seating, a yoga studio, resident lounge, billiards room, karaoke room, co-working and private meeting spaces, a demonstration kitchen, and a Sky Lounge.
It is also located within steps of George Street, which closes down to traffic from Thursday to Sunday and transforms into an outdoor hub with outdoor dining, live music and more.
“There’s a renewed energy not only within Premiere Residences, but also in downtown New Brunswick where streets are once again coming to life with residents enjoying food, drinks and music,” Jacqueline Urgo, president of The Marketing Directors, the exclusive marketing and leasing agent for Premiere Residences, said. “It’s allowed prospective renters to better appreciate the dynamic lifestyle that defines both the building and its desirable New Brunswick setting.”
The collection of studio, one- and two-bedroom homes start at $1,875 a month. Layouts feature 10-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, stainless steel appliances and more.
Located at 7 Livingston Ave., the property sits within walking distance to the New Brunswick Train Station as well as within close access to Interstate 287, routes 18, 27 and 1, and the New Jersey Turnpike.
