PCD Development announced on Monday that leasing is underway at The Residences at 30 Court in downtown Morristown.
The property has unique aspects, PCD said, including unique floorplans and home sizes, which start at 1,250 square feet and go up to 2,000 square feet. The new collection features 58 two-bedroom and two-bedroom-plus-den floor plans. Rents start at $3,825.
Initial occupancy is slated for the fall, according to PCD, which tapped Madison-based CB New Homes as the property’s exclusive agent.
Amenities at the pet-friendly community include a lobby, fitness center, clubroom with a bar, a lawn area to eat and dine in, fireplaces and firepits, an outdoor kitchen with grilling stations, on-site concierge, package delivery through Luxer One, onsite parking, private garages, electric car charging stations, smart locks, and more.
“The Residences at 30 Court reflects a new level of luxury and sophistication in one of northern New Jersey’s most sought-after locations,” Jonathan Stein, founder and managing member of PCD Development, said. “We took full advantage of this well-located property to create an intimate residential collection that offers some of the largest floorplans in the Morristown marketplace. The result is an exceptional lifestyle experience that should resonate with renters looking to move up to a more luxurious residence and those scaling down from very large single-family homes.”
Situated at 30 Court St., the six-story building is two blocks from the Morristown “Green” and is one mile from the NJ Transit Morristown train station. Major nearby highways include interstates 287, 78 and 80, Route 202 and the Garden State Parkway.
“Downtown Morristown has long been celebrated for its amalgam of history, retail, dining, nightlife and commuter convenience,” David Schoner, vice president of CB New Homes of Madison, said. “The Residences at 30 Court offers the opportunity to enjoy the unique lifestyle and culture of the city in the most unique, spacious and upscale apartment living in the country.”
