City Wide Facility Solutions, a national management company in the building and maintenance industry, announced on Wednesday it has opened its fourth location in New Jersey.
The new office, located at 1873 Route 70 in Cherry Hill, will serve Camden, Burlington, Gloucester, Atlantic, Salem, Cumberland and Cape May counties.
“Coming from a property management background, I understand what business owners are looking for,” Joshua Zoppel, owner of City Wide Facility Solutions in Cherry Hill, said. “As someone who has been responsible for managing a portfolio of buildings, tenants and businesses, I know what is at stake and what it takes to keep employees and customers comfortable, safe, and happy at a facility.”
