Larken Associates announced on Thursday it has opened Autumn Ridge, a 198-unit luxury rental community in Lopatcong.
Executives from Larken Associates, including David Gardner, president and CEO, and Lenny Tartamella, executive vice president and chief operating officer, were joined by Mayor James Mengucci and other officials from the town to celebrate the grand opening.
The 14 building community is located off Route 57 and is comprised of Autumn Ridge at Lopatcong (148 one-, two- and three-bedroom garden units) and Horizons at Autumn Ridge (a 55+ community with 50 units).
Demand for the community was high, Larken Associates said, with more than 40% of Autum Ridge at Lopatcong’s units and 20% of Horizons at Autumn Ridge units pre-leased.
Residents will also enjoy a resort-style amenity package at the pet-friendly community, including a clubhouse with an outdoor heated pool, covered outdoor lounge, BBQ grills, game room, conference room, lounge/dry bar, package concierge system, a fitness center, a sensory sensitive playground, a pet washing station, bark park and walking trails, and more.
