Amazon isn’t the only e-commerce company bringing fulfillment jobs to the Garden State these days. Radial, which has a fulfillment center in Burlington, said Tuesday it will bring on more than 1,000 entry-level workers to support what it expects to be unprecedented holiday demand.
The company, which is based in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, and owned by Belgium’s bpost Group, said the seasonal workers will be processing online orders, including picking, sorting, packing and shipping.

Radial employs more than 3,000 full-time fulfillment workers nationwide, and said seasonal workers may be able to convert to full-time positions in support of its strong growth. The company handles fulfillment for brands including Ashley Stewart and others.
“We’ve always prided ourselves on our people-first approach, and we’ve built a culture where coworkers feel like family,” Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer Eric Wohl said in a prepared statement. “This close-knit community is part of what historically has made us so successful at achieving peak season goals for our clients. When demand increases, our people work together to rise to the challenge.”
Radial also noted it has implemented health and safety processes and technologies at the facility during the COVID-19 pandemic, including temperature screenings, tracing badges and more.
